The Pottsville Police have issued a traffic advisory before Saturday's Soap Box Derby in Pottsville.
The return of Soap Box Derby racing will be this Saturday May 15th.
Motorists are advised that Laurel Boulevard between 2nd and 7th and N. 3rd St from Race to Laurel will be closed to traffic from 0600 until the completion of the event that day.
Residents who normally park in that area are asked to relocate their vehicles prior to 6:00am that day also. The city and the event committee thank everyone in advance for your cooperation.
