Frackville Man Facing Charges for having a Sexual Relationship with a Juvenile

A Frackville man is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a juvenile.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on September 5th, 2021, a female juvenile and her mother arrived at the barracks to talk to police.

The juvenile told police that beginning in May 2021, she engaged in a sexual relationship with Christopher Schultz, 52, of Frackville.

She told police that the sexual acts took place multiple times at two different locations and provided texts to corroborate her statement.

A search warrant was executed at Schultz's residence where numerous items were seized.

On September 10th, 2021, Schultz was taken into custody on multiple charges of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility, and endangering the welfare of children.

Schultz was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Thomas H. Xavios, Frackville, and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $50,000 straight cash bail.
