Bobbi Jo Whitenight, 50, of Pottsville
Whitenight has been charged with one felony count of Fraud to Obtain Food Stamps/Assistance (Felony 3).
According to the criminal complaint, Whitenight failed to report income earned from Geisinger System Services between October 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025, to the Schuylkill County Assistance Office in Pottsville.
Investigators allege this resulted in a Medical Assistance overpayment of $4,328.26.
Moriah J. Turner, 36, of New Ringgold
Turner has been charged with one felony count of Fraud to Obtain Food Stamps/Assistance (Felony 3).
Authorities allege that Turner failed to report income from Red Lion Home Care Inc. between May 2, 2025, and September 30, 2025, to the Schuylkill County Assistance Office in Pottsville.
This omission reportedly led to a SNAP benefit overpayment totaling $1,437.00.
Shaina E. Grogan, 26, of Ringtown
Grogan is charged with one felony count of Fraud to Obtain Food Stamps/Assistance (Felony 3).
Investigators allege that Grogan failed to report income from AIPHC Holding Company LLC between September 1, 2022, and February 28, 2023, to the Schuylkill County Assistance Office in Pottsville.
The failure to report income allegedly resulted in a SNAP overpayment of $2,130.00.
