Born Monday, September 19, 1994, in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Brian Fogel with whom he resided, and Anella Dianese of Schuylkill Haven. Brandon is also survived by his daughter whom he adored, Nova K. A. Fogel and her mother Nicole Hazlett; brother, Austin R. Fogel and his wife Tayler of Tamaqua; maternal grandmother, Gerda Dianese; paternal grandmother, Susan Fogel. Many aunt, uncles, cousins, especially his cousin Kyle who was like a brother to Brandon.
A 2013 Tamaqua Area High School graduate, Brandon played guard, and linebacker for the undefeated Tamaqua Blue Raiders football team. He matriculated to Penn State University Schuylkill Haven Campus majoring in Biology; however, Brandon had to curtail his studies in his senior year due to health concerns. Brandon was an avid Los Angeles Rams fan, and enjoyed bowling.
