He was born March 21, 1964, in Pottsville, a son of the late Dennis Lee Morgan and Barbara Ann Herb Morgan.
Donald was a 1983 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
He was a Heavy Equipment Operator at Schuylkill Energy Resources, Shenandoah.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by stepfather Richard Morgan, and a brother in law Robert Leitzel.
Donald is survived by sisters, Beth and husband Jeff Harman of Valley View, Cathy Leitzel of Hegins; Tracy Forrest, and Stacy Jenkins, both of Pittsburgh; 3 nephews, Jeffrey, Nicholas, and Cory; and 1 niece Nikki. Donald is also survived by 3 children and 6 grandchildren; his beloved dog Rosie.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
