Born Thursday, March 2, 1978 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Joseph and Patricia (Price) Forster of Tamaqua. Also surviving are; son, Lennon O. Forster; daughter, Kendra R. Forster; brother, Grant D. Forster; sister, Amber Hobbs wife of Michael all of Tamaqua. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive Joe.
Predeceased by; maternal grandparents, David and Sophia (Hulock) Price; paternal grandparents, William J. "Bill", and Elizabeth (Honus) Forster.
A 1996 graduate of Tamaqua High School, where Joe was a member of the swim team. Joe was a talented carpenter, and craftsman who worked for many local builders. Joe had an artistic flair. A passionate music fan, Joe liked the Grateful Dead, and the Rolling Stones. Often Joe could be found tending to his garden and plants.
