Born in Pottsville on April 13, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth (Selgrath) Shaner.
Prior to devoting her life to her family, she worked as a switch board operator for Bell Telephone.
Margaret Rose was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, now Divine Mercy Parish, Shenandoah.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vanessa Stasulli Bogo; her sister, Betsy Shaner; and her brother, Harry Shaner.
Surviving are her loving husband of 60 years, Vincent Stasulli; two daughters, Anne Stasulli Pirie of Millersburg and Cynthia Stasulli and her husband Tim Herring of Ashland; two sons, Michael Stasulli and his wife Michelle Jones Stasulli of Shenandoah Heights and Vince Stasulli of Shenandoah. She was Nana to ten grandchildren, Ricky Bogo, Jimmy Cooney, Dominique Stasulli, Jeffrey Cooney, Maggie Cooney, Veer Pirie, Julia Pirie, Brandon Stasulli, Connor Stasulli and Timmy Herring. Nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends also survive.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 10:00 am in Divine Mercy Church, 232 West Cherry Street, Shenandoah with Monsignor Ronald C. Bocian, Pastor as the celebrant. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights. A viewing will be held at Walukiewicz-Oravitz Fell Funeral Home, 132 South Jardin Street, Shenandoah on Sunday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday morning from 8:30 am until 9:30 am.
