OBITUARY: Patricia L. Reichert, 66, of Pottsville

Patricia “Momma” Reichert

Patti passed away peacefully at her Home on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. She was the pillar of strength for her family, never wavering from her faith and values.

Patricia Lynn Reichert was born September 6, 1956, in Carlisle, PA. She was one of five children born to Robert and Margaret Frank. She married David Scott (Radar) Reichert on November 26, 1983. They are now reunited and can celebrate their 43rd wedding anniversary together. Scott and Patti raised four children who were their pride and joy. Their children and grandchildren are proud to carry on their legacy.

Patti will always be remembered for being full of life and having an amazing work ethic, her love for the Beach, Coca-Cola and an infatuation with Elvis Presley. Growing up on the Diamond F Ranch, Patti found a love for horses, as she spent countless hours caring and nurturing the family horses. This led her to be the strong family woman that she was, as she worked day and night caring for her family, including cooking dinner every night of every week. She kept a very tidy home and made sure her children had what they needed, and always made it to their Sporting Events on time. She not only labored continuously at home but also helped out family when needed. Patti lived by the Mentality "Life is Better at the Beach." Patti was the epitome of selflessness, always thinking of others before herself. Her greatest accomplishments were being a dedicated wife and mother, as well as a wonderful nannie, sister, and friend.

Patti was preceded in death by her loving husband, Radar; her mother Margaret; and brother, Shane.

She is survived by her Daughter Shannon Marie (husband Jason) of Pottsville and three Sons Brandon, Zachary (wife Courtney), and Travis (husband Kory) all of Pottsville, four grandchildren Trevor, Jayden, Alisha and Elliot Jack, one brother Rob Jr (wife Veta), two sisters Shelly and Terry (husband Nicholas) and many in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, Pottsville on Monday November 7th from 4 - 6 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project can be made in Patti’s name.
