Mahanoy City to Celebrate America 250 with Freedom Fest & Block Party Friday Evening

The Mahanoy Area Chamber of Commerce and West End Fire & Rescue are inviting the community to kick off the weekend with an evening of music, food, fireworks and hometown pride during the Freedom Fest & Block Party on Friday, June 26.

The Shenandoah Rescue Hook and Ladder Block Party kicked off yesterday, and it was off to a great start!

On Friday evening, the Shenandoah Rescue Hook and Ladder kicked off their Block Party weekend with a fire truck parade.
