HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: Pottsville Wins Clash of 61 Over Blue Mountain

Each year, Pottsville and Blue Mountain meet once a year for the Clash of 61 during the regular high school football season.

On Saturday, as part of the Clash of 61 between Blue Mountain and Pottsville, the Eagles also displayed their appreciation for the Military.

Nativity BVM was victorious Friday night in their High School Football game against Mahanoy Area.  The Green Wave won 36-27 over the Bears.

On Friday night, the North Schuylkill Football Hall of Fame inducted seven new members as part of its 44th and 45th class during a halftime ceremony of Friday’s game against Palisades at Ghosh Orthodontics Field at Spartan Stadium.
