Warrant Issued for Mother Who Failed to Return Son Per Custody Order

A warrant has been issued for a mother who failed to return her son to the child's father per a custody order.

UPDATE: THE MOTHER AND CHILD HAVE BEEN LOCATED. 

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at 6:00 PM Suzanne M Hadik 35, of 414 E Norwegian St.,  Pottsville,  failed to return her 1-year-old son to his father (Zachary Johnson) as per a custody order.  

Their son is listed as a missing person.

There currently is a warrant for Hadik for felony charges of Interference with custody of children .

There are no current vehicles associated with Hadik. 

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Hadik is asked to call the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville at (570) 874-5300.

Credit card skimming devices were found inside a gas station's pump in Schuylkill County.

A vehicle and a farm tractor were involved in crash Wednesday afternoon in East Union Township.

Inspector General Files Welfare Fraud Charges on 68 Across Pennsylvania

The Office of Inspector General (OIG) filed welfare fraud charges against 68 individuals between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31, 2017. These charges will generate a total of $420,018.93 in restitution paid to the commonwealth, as well as additional cost savings as the defendants will be temporarily disqualified from receiving public benefits in the programs they defrauded.

Arrests Made in Drug Sweep Wednesday Morning


Arrests were during a drug sweep in Schuylkill County Wednesday morning.

Frackville police officers along with other local departments including the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force executed a drug sweep arresting 7 individuals on various drug charges.

Those arrested were:
  • Robert Lindenmuth, 30, of Frackville
  • Joyce Lindenmuth, 55, of Frackville
  • Curtis Hahn, 31, of Orwigsburg
  • Stacey Lipshaw, 38, of Frackville
  • Michelle Fort, 33, of Pottsville
  • Jackson Latimore, 28, of Frackville
  • Rachel Adams, 29, of Valley View
All were locked in Schuylkill County Prison.
