Lawsuit Filed Over I-81 Crash That Killed Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira Jr.
The family of Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira Jr. has filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit against the truck driver charged in his death, the trucking company involved, and a freight broker, alleging a series of safety failures contributed to the fatal July crash along Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County.
Schuylkill County Municipalities to Receive $24,400 in Liquor License Fee Returns
Forty-one Schuylkill County municipalities will receive a combined $24,400 in liquor license fee returns as part of a statewide distribution announced by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
