Around 2 A.M., African American cadets escaped Northwestern Academy Juvenile Facility, Kulpmont.
The 4 escapees are:
- Sean Watson, 19, Bowie, MD
- David Rosario, 18, Reading, PA
- 16 year old from Washington DC
- 15 year old from Washington, DC
It was reported that an employee was assaulted while releasing Rosario and Watson to use the bathroom. They then locked the employee in their room, stole his keys, and unlocked the room containing the other 2 juveniles.
They then told the employee's, gold four-door 2007 Toyota Camry with registration JBW8757.
Authorities have said there is no reason to believe these 4 are armed and dangerous, and to just be on the lookout
