Remodel of Frackville McDonald's Postponed

A scheduled remodel of the Frackville McDonald's has been postponed until October.


According to the location's owner, Roland Kissinger, the scheduled remodel that was going to begin this week has been rescheduled to start on October 4th, 2018.

The lobby and drive-thru will remain open until the work begins

The scheduled work will remodel the lobby, kitchen, and counter areas and add digital self-serve kiosks. A counter-cut will be added to the front counter which will allow employees to wait on customers and bring food directly to their tables New digital menu boards will also be added to the drive-thru.

Once the remodel starts, it is expected to take approximately 3 weeks.

During the remodel, the drive-thru will remain open. Customers may either use the drive-thru or order using the Mobile Order & Pay feature on the McDonald's App.

After the Labor Day Holiday, the Frackville McDonalds, located at 960 Schuylkill Mall, will close it's lobby while a remodel is done.

The location's owner, Roland Kissinger, made the announcement which will remodel the lobby, kitchen, and counter areas and add digital self-serve kiosks.  A counter-cut will be added to the front counter which will allow employees to wait on customers and bring food directly to their tables  New digital menu boards will also be added to the drive-thru.
