Schuylkill County Crash Log:  July 29th, 2020

No Injuries Reported in Crash in Tamaqua

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred around 10:00am on July 28th, 2020 on East Broad Street, Tamaqua.

Police say the crash occurred when Sean Quinlan, 30, of Summit Hill in a Subaru Legacy struck a parked Nissan Altima.

No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Driver Cited in Crash in New Ringgold

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred around 11:20pm on July 28th, 2020 on  Summer Valley Road in New Ringgold.

Police say the crash occurred as a Subaru Crosstrek was stopped at a stop sign on East Railroad Avenue.  As the Subaru made a right turn onto Summer Valley Road, a second vehicle, a Toyota Tacoma was making a left turn from Summer Valley Road onto East Railroad Street.  The Toyota exited it's lane of travel and crashed into the Subaru near the driver's side door.

No injuries were reported.

The driver of the Toyota will be cited for the crash.

No Injuries Reported in Rollover Crash on the Burma Road

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred around 5:45am on July 27th, 2020 on the Burma Road in Blythe Township.

Police say the crash occurred as Austin Miller, 18, of Valley View was traveling south on Burma Road when he lost control of his Dodge Avenger and struck an embankment causing it to rollover.

The vehicle rolled over once then struck a tree.

Miller was not injured in the crash and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

The driver will be cited for the crash.
