State Police Continue to Investigate Stolen Catalytic Converters in Schuylkill County

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating multiple incidents where catalytic converters were stolen from parked vehicles around Schuylkill County.

Most recently, on December 18th, Troopers from the Frackville barracks received a complaint from Ringtown where a resident from West Main Street found that the catalytic converter was stolen from a company vehicle owned by Culligan Water Treatment.

On December 13th, 2020, Troopers from the Schuylkill Haven barracks received a report that a catalytic converter was stolen from a Ford F250 owned by Ark Rentals, Orwigsburg.

Earlier this month, 6 catalytic converters were stolen off vehicles that were parked behind the Schuylkill Technology Center in West Mahanoy Township near Frackville and in late November, more were reported stolen off of vehicles on the  Buy Rite Autos located at 3 Renningers Market in North Manheim Township near Orwigsburg.
