A Pottsville man is wanted for burglary and assault in New Philadelphia.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Sunday, November 14th, 2021, around 6:30am, troopers responded to a domestic disturbance on Wiggan Street in New Philadelphia.
Police learned at the scene, that Brent Herb, 34, of Pottsville forced his way into the female victim's home an argument ensued.
The argument became physical and Herb allegedly injured the female.
Herb fled before police arrived.
State Police filed charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment, and criminal mischief on Herb and issued a warrant for his arrest.
