Man and Woman Charged with Defiant Trespassing in West Penn Township


A man and woman face trespassing charges in West Penn Township.

According to West Penn Township Police, on March 6, 2023, Township residents expressed concern regarding trespassers and theft of items on private property. 

Even though the sim card was missing, property cameras collected a photo via direct cell phone feed of individuals trespassing on private property which was posted no trespassing. 

The photo, although blurry, was posted on Skook News and West Penn Township Crimewatch Facebook to receive the public’s help with identification. 

Within minutes, the trespassers were identified. Police made contact and interviewed the individuals which admitted to trespassing. 

On April 14th, 2023, West Penn Township Police charged Stacey Mullen, 43, and Benji Adam, 46, of Kempton with Defiant Trespass. 

Stacey Mullen and Benji Adam denied theft of property.
