Hartz is described as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds. His last known address is listed as 510 Oakland Avenue, Ashland, PA 17921.
Detectives say Hartz failed to report as directed to his probation officer, which led to the issuance of the warrant.
His original charges include Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine, Schedule II Drug – Misdemeanor), Possession of Marijuana (Schedule I Drug – Misdemeanor), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor).
