Born on March 17, 1940 in Doylestown, PA she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Martha Furness Flagler.
A proud St. Patrick’s Day baby, Patricia was a one of a kind, caring, free spirit. She always joked that when they made her, they threw away the mold. She was a graduate of Pennridge High School. She loved dancing and singing. She often hosted parties during her teenage years at Pearl Bucks Barn and invited her many friends. She ended her career as a food demonstrator for Sam’s Club in Allentown. This was a perfect job for her. She met new people every day, and got to know the regulars and their families. She loved learning about people’s lives and sharing her experiences with them.
She was most proud of being a loving mother to her five children and her favorite thing to do was to gather with her family and friends over a meal and hear what everyone was up to. She had a quirky sense of humor and always made you laugh, wondering what she was going to say next. Over and Out - Pat, Patsy, Mom, Nana, and GG. You will be missed by everyone whose life you touched.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Richard French; a sister, Kathleen Brand; three brothers, Edgar, William, and Robert Flagler.
Surviving are two daughters, Diane and husband Jeff Lewis of Catasauqua, Susan and husband Richard Kurtz of Port St. Lucie, FL; three sons, Richard Strayer of Columbiaville, MI, Scott French of Catasauqua, and William French of Whitehall; 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; two sisters, Verna Haines of Columbia, OH, Marjorie MacCoy of Chalfont; nieces and nephews.
