Two men wanted on felony theft charges were taken into custody after a routine traffic stop in Frackville.
According to Frackville Police, the incident occurred on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at approximately 10:35 p.m. Officers conducted a vehicle stop on a Mercedes-Benz that had run a red light at the intersection of Lehigh Avenue and Oak Street.
Police identified the driver as Jesus De La Cruz Pichardo, 24, of McAdoo, and the passenger as Dinorki Pichardo, 20, of Hazleton. A records check revealed that both men had active felony arrest warrants for theft issued by the Pennsylvania State Police.
Frackville officers took the individuals into custody at the scene. The Shenandoah Police Department assisted in the traffic stop and arrests.
