Schuylkill County Man Wanted After Missing Court Hearing

Schuylkill County Detectives have issued a bench warrant for a Coaldale man who failed to appear in court earlier this year.
Brian Guyer, 55, did not appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on February 6, 2025, for a scheduled parole revocation hearing. He now faces additional legal consequences related to his absence.

Guyer was originally charged with:

• Fleeing or Eluding a Police Officer – Felony 3
• Driving Under the Influence – Misdemeanor
• Institutional Vandalism – Misdemeanor 2
• Possession, Sale, or Display of Fraudulent Documents – Misdemeanor 1

He is described as standing approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds. His last known residence was 129 East Phillips Street, Coaldale, PA 18218.
