Born on December 26, 1962, he was the son of the late Leonard and Irene (Ziniewicz) Sterner.
A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, August 28th at 10am in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Gerard E. "Ger" Daley, Sr., 73, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Monday, August 25th, at home.
Born in Pottsville on June 28, 1952, he was a son of the late Edward G. & Anna Rose (Gretsky) Daley.
He was the husband of Patricia Ann (Hughes) Daley.
Ger was a 1970 graduate of Minersville High School.
He served in the U.S. Army.Ger retired from Reidler Decal, St. Clair.
He had been a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his daughter, Donna Matthias.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Gerard E. "Ger" Daley, Jr., husband of Alicia, Heckscherville. He was the proud Pappy of his grandsons: Jameson & Jack Daley. Ger is also survived by his siblings: James Daley, husband of Gina, Schuylkill Haven, & Judith Muldowney, wife of James, Pottsville, and nieces & nephews.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven on Tuesday, September 2nd at 11 AM. A viewing will be held at the funeral home from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment with military honors will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

Betty Jane Yursha, 87, of McAdoo, passed away Monday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg.
Born in McAdoo, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Kuchera) Gallagher.
Betty Jane was a member of All Saints Church, McAdoo. Prior to retiring she was employed in the area garment industry as a seamstress.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, and will be sadly missed by all.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Eugene Yursha; brother, Joseph Gallagher; and sisters, Anna Bodnar and Theresa Gompf.
Surviving are her sons, Robert Yursha and wife, Dana, Dillsburg; Mark Yursha, McAdoo; and Kenneth Yursha, Maryland; daughter, Donna Price and husband Ronald, McAdoo; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Vilcheck, Hometown; and nieces and nephews.
Rev. Barnabas Shayo will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, September 3, at 10 a.m. in All Saints Church, McAdoo. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s U.C. Cemetery, McAdoo.
No calling hours are scheduled.
The Damiano Funeral Home Inc., McAdoo, is assisting the family with arrangements.
