Tamaqua Man Wanted After Failing to Report to Prison

A Tamaqua man is wanted in Schuylkill County after failing to report to prison earlier this summer to begin serving a court-ordered sentence.
Anthony E. Pascoe, 39, did not appear at the Schuylkill County Prison on July 29, 2025, as required by the Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas. A bench warrant has since been issued for his arrest.

Pascoe was originally charged with:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine (Misdemeanor)
• Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended – DUI Related (Misdemeanor 3)
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

He is described as standing approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds. His last known address is 230 Green Street, Tamaqua, PA.
