The spirit of autumn was on display in Frackville on Saturday as the community came together for the annual Frackville Pumpkin Festival, hosted by the Frackville Business and Professional Association.
The family-friendly tradition drew residents and visitors alike for a day of food, fun, and entertainment. Local community organizations operated food stands, serving a variety of seasonal favorites, including pumpkin-spiced cider that proved to be a popular treat on the fall day.
Children enjoyed painting their own pumpkins, playing games, and meeting Moe, a Belgian Draft Horse brought by Leiby’s Carriage Service, who quickly became a crowd favorite.
