The Schuylkill County Coroner's Office has been called to the scene of a serious accident near the Interstate 81/Hegins Exit Interchange.
The crash reported occurred just after 8:30pm and involved a truck and a motorcycle.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene and found one victim unresponsive and at least another victim trapped.
The Interstate 81/Hegins Exit is closed as of 8:45pm.
