Shenandoah Man Wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives on Four Active Bench Warrants

 

A Shenandoah man is wanted in Schuylkill County after failing to report to prison earlier this month to begin serving multiple court-ordered sentences.

UPDATE:  After posting, we were notified that Olguin-Sanchez was taken into custody on Friday evening by Shenandoah Police.

Juan Manuel Olguin-Sanchez, 27, did not appear at the Schuylkill County Prison on November 7, 2025, as ordered by the Schuylkill County Court of Common Pleas. A total of four active bench warrants have been issued for his arrest, each tied to separate criminal cases.

Olguin-Sanchez had entered guilty pleas in the following cases:

Case 1:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor)
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
  • Possession of Marijuana (Misdemeanor)

Case 2:

  • Make Repairs/Sell/Etc. Offensive Weapons (Misdemeanor 1)
  • Drug Possession (Misdemeanor)
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)

Case 3:

  • Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Trial, or Punishment (Misdemeanor 2)

Case 4:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor)

Olguin-Sanchez is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds. His last known address is 414 West Penn Street, Shenandoah, PA.
