St. Clair to Host 4th Annual Christmas Festival and Tree Lighting Ceremony This Saturday

The holiday season will shine bright in St. Clair this weekend as the community gathers for the 4th Annual Christmas Festival and Tree Lighting Ceremony, scheduled for Saturday, December 6, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Admiral Boone Park.

The event is proudly sponsored by the St. Clair Women’s Club.

The celebration kicks off at 4 p.m. with a lineup of food vendors serving up homemade dishes, seasonal sweets, and warm treats to fuel families for an evening of holiday magic.

This year’s festival features a variety of family-friendly activities, performances, and new traditions:

Santa Run Hosted by Special Olympics

Special Olympics will lead the annual Santa Run, bringing energy and excitement to the park as participants make their spirited dash in holiday attire.

Live Performance by the Dalinda Dancers

At 5 p.m., the Dalinda Dancers will take center stage in the park gazebo, performing a holiday-themed show that leads into one of the most anticipated moments of the evening.

Santa & Mrs. Claus Arrive at 5:30 p.m.

Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will make their grand entrance at 5:30 p.m., greeting children, posing for pictures, and hearing wish lists as families gather around the glowing Christmas tree.

Holiday Trolley Ride Through Town

Families can hop aboard the festival’s famous trolley ride, which will make stops at:

  • The Kelsey Theater for a sneak peek of its upcoming Christmas play
  • St. Clare of Assisi Church, where the Living Nativity and Petting Zoo will begin around 6 p.m.

New Tradition: Mischievous St. Clair Lucky Ornament Drawing

This year's festival adds a brand-new hometown tradition for children ages 3 through 5th grade—the Mischievous St. Clair Lucky Ornament Drawing.

Beginning at 7 p.m., children will place their ornaments on the community tree. Several ornaments will be selected as “lucky,” and the children who hung them will win special prizes.

With festive music, community spirit, and activities for all ages, the 4th Annual Christmas Festival promises to once again bring warmth and holiday joy to St. Clair.

Residents are encouraged to come early, dress warmly, and enjoy an evening of small-town Christmas magic.
