Three Inmates at FCI Schuylkill Indicted on Federal Weapon Charges

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has announced that three federal inmates incarcerated at FCI Schuylkill have been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to possession of inmate-manufactured weapons.

According to U.S. Attorney Brian D. Miller, the indictments were returned on February 24, 2026.
