According to a Pennsylvania State Police public information release, troopers from the Frackville barracks responded around 2:00 p.m. to East Penn Manufacturing, 143 Mahanoy Avenue, to assist local EMS.
Following an investigation, authorities determined a 36-year-old victim died as the result of an accidental heavy machinery incident.
The incident has been ruled an accidental death. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
The investigation remains ongoing.
