The postseason is set to begin for Schuylkill League baseball and softball teams, with quarterfinal and semifinal action scheduled over the next week at two local venues.
The Schuylkill League Baseball Playoffs will take place at Stump Stadium in Pine Grove, while the Schuylkill League Softball Tournament will be hosted at James Patton Field on the campus of Blue Mountain High School.
Fans attending all games should note that tickets will be cash sales only with no advance ticket sales available. Admission is $6 for adults and senior citizens and $3 for students.
