Homecoming Football Game
The 2026 Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned at halftime of the Colts’ Homecoming football game against Shenandoah Valley on .
Kickoff: 7 p.m.
Location: Men of Marian Stadium
Theme: White Out
Fans are encouraged to wear white and fill the stadium for an evening of Colts football, school spirit and tradition.
Marian Catholic Homecoming Week Activities
Homecoming Week begins , with Marian Day and a hallway decorating contest. Students from every grade will transform the school’s hallways with help from Marian families and alumni.
The new decorating day was created as a nod to a tradition at Cardinal Brennan High School.
Activities throughout the week will include:
- Themed dress-down days
- March for Life
- Soda bar
- Indoor volleyball tournament
- Homecoming Bingo
- Mass
- Rita’s Italian Ice at lunch
- Clash of the Classes
- Homecoming Pep Rally
- Lip Sync Battle
Clash of the Classes and Lip Sync Battle
Students will compete in the Clash of the Classes, a schoolwide contest that recognizes participation in hallway decorating, spirit days, Homecoming events, the pep rally and the Lip Sync Battle.
The winning class will be announced during Friday’s Homecoming Pep Rally.
The Lip Sync Battle, one of the week’s most anticipated events, will be held live during the pep rally as Marian pays homage to a Bishop Hafey High School tradition.
Friday’s Homecoming Events
Friday’s schedule will include a Blue and Gold dress-down day and an early dismissal at 11:40 a.m. Students will close out the school day with the Homecoming Pep Rally.
Students will return that evening for the Homecoming Dance, scheduled from 7 to 9:30 p.m. in the Marian Catholic High School gymnasium.
The weeklong celebration will culminate Saturday night with the Homecoming football game and the crowning of Marian Catholic’s 2026 Homecoming King and Queen.
