Hydro Trade Scholarship Offers Up to $10,000 Annually to Area Students

Hydro is offering financial assistance to Pennsylvania students attending high schools within 30 miles of the company’s Cressona facility who plan to pursue careers in the skilled trades.

Schuylkill County Students Awarded Trade School Scholarships from Hydro Cressona

The Hydro Cressona plant recently awarded four $10,000 (renewable) trade school scholarships to Schuylkill County students during its second annual Trade Scholarship awards presentation.

Recently, Paul Kowalick, President of Girardville Basketball Association presented Mike Hammer, Hydro Vice President and General Manager and Brad Morgan, Plant Manager, with a commemorative Basketball and Banner to thank them for Hydro’s generous contributions towards GBA’s Improvement Projects.
