$10 Million Hotel Expansion Announced for Downtown Pottsville, Former Ramada to Be Added to Miners 1928 Project

A major hospitality expansion is coming to downtown Pottsville, as Metz Hospitality LLC and Metz Properties LLC announced Thursday the development of The Miners 1928 Hotel, a $10 million complex that will ultimately feature 90 guest rooms, multiple restaurants and bars, and more than 10,000 square feet of event space.
