Shenandoah Borough Investigating $21,201 Federal Tax Lien Over Unpaid Payroll Taxes

Shenandoah Borough officials say they are investigating more than $21,000 in unpaid federal payroll tax liabilities dating back to 2021 and 2022 after discovering a federal tax lien filed against the borough.
