* ACCUMULATIONS ...2 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOW ...WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS FALLING TO THE SOUTH OF ROUTE 22 ...AND INTERSTATE 81.
* TIMING ...BEGINNING BEFORE DAYBREAK IN THE GREATER JOHNSTOWN AND ALTOONA AREA ...AND DURING THE LATE MORNING HOURS ACROSS THE SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY ...CONTINUING THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY EVENING.
* IMPACTS ...TRAVEL MAY BE SLOWED SIGNIFICANTLY DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND PERIODS OF POOR VISIBILITY.
