Lightening Possibly Causes Fire in West Penn Twp.

Schuylkill and Carbon County crews were called to Rabbit Run Road, West Penn Township, Wednesday evening for a working structure fire.


After 9PM, Wednesday evening, crews were called to 474 Rabbit Run Road in West Penn Township, for a working structure fire.

The fire, reported to be a barn, was fully engulfed in flames and is thought to be started by lightening.

West Penn Twp., New Ringgold, Tamaqua, Hometown, and Middleport were called to fight the blaze.
