Shenandoah Declares State of Emergency for Frozen Pipe Issues

Shenandoah has declared a State of Emergency due to the number of frozen water pipes in the borough.

According to WNEP, the borough declared a State of Emergency because of the number of frozen pipes, and the small number of crews to fix them, and financial difficulties.

Some residents in the borough have had frozen pipes for at least two weeks.
