According to the Times News, Moises Pichardo, 28, of McAdoo was seen by police throwing rocks at a home on South Kennedy Drive in the borough Sunday afternoon.
Police checked his records where it was found he had an active warrant. When he was arrested, he was found with 5 bags of heroin
