While conducting a traffic stop officers determined Sheldon Buscavage, 51, of Frackville, was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Buscavage faces charges related to; Driving while under the influence of alcohol, Operating a motor vehicle while driving privileges are suspended DUI related, Operating a motor vehicle without required insurance, Altering, forging or counterfeiting documents, Unlawful display of a registration plate, and Operating an unregistered vehicle.
