Frackville Borough Police arrested Daniel Heintzalman, Frackville December 11th, 2015 after an incident that occurred at his residence.
After a short investigation it was found that Heintzalman assaulted a female in the residence.
Heintzalman was arrested on domestic violence related charges of Simple assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct. Heintzalman was arraigned by on call District Magistrate Bayer and was released after receiving unsecured bail.
Heintzalman will have to answer to the above charges before MDJ Hale, Frackville.
