As part of their “Community Helpers” week, North Schuylkill Kindergarten students are learning about various professions in our community that help to protect and keep them safe.

On Thursday, the Schuylkill County Sheriff’s Department paid a visit to North Schuylkill Elementary School, and fingerprinted each student in the Kindergarten Class. The fingerprints are sent home with the child, in the event they are ever needed for identification purposes.
