According the department's Facebook page, Kevin Kerner, of Locustdale, was taken in custody early Friday for Open Lewndess, Indecent Exposure for 2 incidents that were reported in Mt. Carmel, on June 2nd.

Kerner was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Michael Diehl and bail was set at $50,000. He has been charged with Open Lewdness, Indecent Exposure, and Disorderly Conduct.
