Schuylkill County Fire Company Responds to Berks Fire

Just after 10:15am, Wednesday, Schuylkill Haven was called for their ladder truck to assist fighting a fire in Berks County.


The fire, at 685 State St. in Hamburg was reported to be a double wide mobile home.

There were early reports of possible entrapment but the homeowner was found to be safe.

The fire was reported as under control around 10:45am.
