Jackpot-Winning Cash 5 Tickets Sold in Schuylkill County

Middletown - A jackpot-winning Cash 5 ticket worth $225,000 wwas sold in Schuylkill county for the Feb. 15 drawing.
For the Sunday, Feb. 15, drawing, one jackpot-winning Cash 5 ticket worth $225,000 was sold at McMullen’s Market, 165 Valley St., New Philadelphia, Schuylkill County. It correctly matched all five balls, 03-07-12-26-27, to win a jackpot of $225,000, less 25 percent federal withholding. The retailer will receive a $500 selling bonus.

The prize must be claimed and the tickes validated before the winner can be identified. Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.

The Lottery encourages each holder of a jackpot-winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at any of Lottery’s seven area offices or at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County.

Claims may be filed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at area offices and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at headquarters.

In the 2013-14 fiscal year, in addition to awarding nearly $74.4 million in prizes to winners in Schuylkill and Fayette counties, the Pennsylvania Lottery contributed more than $36.5 million to programs serving older residents of those counties.
