North Schuylkill Theatre Arts to Present "Crazy for You"

The North Schuylkill Theatre Arts Program’s production of Crazy For You will take the stage on Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th at 7:30PM in the North Schuylkill High School auditorium.
Crazy For You is the story of a rich 1930’s New York playboy named Bobby Child whose only dream in life is to dance in a Broadway musical. The son of a banker, Bobby is forced by his mother to travel to Deadrock, Nevada to foreclose on a theatre. Instead of foreclosing, Bobby decides to help the theater owner’s daughter, Polly, save the theater by putting on a show. His theater friends from New York travel to Nevada to help out and a crazy story of cowboys and chorus girls, mistaken identity and true love triumphing ensues. Filled with very memorable Gershwin music, Crazy For You is Broadway style entertainment in its truest form.

Due to the ongoing construction project at the high school campus, general parking for this event is limited to the upper parking lot. The limited lower lot parking spaces are reserved for those who are elderly or those who need handicapped parking. Those who park in the upper lot should use the doors near the main entrance to the school to access the staircase leading to the lower level of the building.

Doors will open to the public at 6:30PM on the nights of performances. Tickets are currently available from any of the cast members or pit band musicians. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door each performance evening on a first come, first served basis. More information is available by contacting the high school at 570-874-0495 during regular school hours.
