Bank Buys the Cressona Mall at Auction

On Thursday, a U.S. Marshal's Auction was held on the steps of the Schuylkill County Courthouse for the Cressona Mall.


According to the Republican Herald, only one bid was placed and that was by Wells Fargo Bank NA, the bank that held judgement over the property.

The bid for the building was $9,281,842,21.
