The incident happened on the in the 1200 Block of Centre Street (near the Ashland Library) when a vehicle described as maroon/burgundy struck a parked vehicle then fled North on 13th Street.
Anyone who sees a vehicle with a damaged front end matching the description or has information on the incident should contact police.
