Preliminary Hearing for Wilkes Barre Twp. Wal-Mart Shooter

On Thursday, the preliminary hearing was held for a Shenandoah man accused of opening fire on cops at a Wilkes Barre Twp. Walmart.


Scott Sargent, 31, of Shenandoah is facing numerous charges including attempted murder of a police officer.




Scott Sargent is brought to hearing. He's accused of shooting rifle in parking lot of Walmart in Wilkes-Barre Township in October. He was shot by police.
