OUT OF COUNTY: Fire Crews at the Scene of a 2nd Alarm Apartment Building Fire in Shamokin

Just after 11:00pm, Saturday evening, emergency personnel from Northumberland County were called to a 2nd alarm High Occupancy apartment building working fire.

The fire is reported to be on the corner of S 5th and West Chestnut St. in Shamokin.

When crews arrived they found flames shooting from the third floor.
